Athlete/Team Training


We create sport specific programming to prepare your athlete and/or team for their upcoming season. Our goal is to improve each athlete's strength, speed, agility, and mobility through resistance training, plyometrics, calisthenics and stretching. We offer general nutrition guidance to ensure athletes understand how to fuel their bodies as well as homework workouts to support what they are doing with us in house.

Personal Training

​Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are scheduled at times that work for the clients(s) and their trainer. Limited spaces are available. Sessions are sold in various package sizes. We will do our best to honour specific trainer requests however there are no guarantees. Prices are subject to change. Cancellation fees apply on all sessions. Packages are non-refundable.

Fit4Life - Active Aging


Sessions will be low impact with a focus on building strength in movements done during activities of daily living. All of the exercises can be modified as necessary based on mobility/strength level. We will be working mostly with body weight unless participants require the extra challenge of adding weights to their exercises. Classes will be 45 minutes in length with a warm-up at the start and a stretch at the end. 

Classes will be capped at 8 people per session to maintain quality and physical distancing therefore program registration  is required. ​Participants must be 50+ years of age to register.

Youth Fitness


Sessions are guaranteed to get kids moving in fun and safe ways. Programs to be delivered through a variety of modalities such as interval training and fitness games using bodyweight and small equipment. Programs are 1 hour in length, run after school hours, and last 3 months in length. Every youth registered will receive a Get Cronk'd t-shirt. Multi-child discounts available for children residing at same address. Program runs regardless of weather

Parent and Baby

Sessions will focus on building overall body strength using various training techniques and tools. Participants will have the option of using their own body weight, free weights, or their baby as the weight. All exercises can be modified or adjusted to suit the needs of all participants. Our current program has now gone virtual! 

That's right, you can now do the same awesome workouts in the safety and comfort of your own living room. At least until it is safe to let the littles roam about more freely in the studio again.

Group Fitness Classes


Our group fitness sessions are a mixture of resistance training and cardio exercises. We use a variety of modalities such as interval training, circuit training, heavy lifting, barre, TRX, Lebert Bars, Penalty Boxes, etc. Sessions are 1 hour in length and include a warm up and cool down. All of the classes can be modified for all ability levels and we encourage you to go at your own pace.


Pre-registration is required for each session so that we can  keep each class at a maximum of 8 participants. This ensures we have the space, equipment, and time to do hands on correction as needed for all participants. Cancellation fees  apply on all sessions. Packages are non-refundable.



S3 Hybrid Classes


Welcome to S3 Hybrid - Spin, Strength and Stability, our newest addition to our indoor cycling program. S3 Hybrid is a half bike, half regular group fitness class guaranteed to make you sweat! Sessions are 1 hour in length from set up to clean up and include a warm up and cool down. You will spend 20 minutes on the bike busting your butt using various spinning techniques and an additional 20 minutes on the floor doing a variety of full body exercises that will leave you thinking about us tomorrow!


Pre-registration is required for each session so that we can  keep each class at a maximum of 6 participants. This ensures we have the space, equipment needed for all participants. Cancellation fees apply on all sessions. Packages are non-refundable.
