Online Group Class Registration Instructions
You can register for your classes through our website, Facebook page, or by clicking on this link:
Create an account or login.
Choose desired class.
Purchase a package (if necessary online) or register as unpaid (if you would like to purchase in studio).
You should receive an email when you register for a session confirming your booking.
IMPORTANT: A minimum of 6 hours notice is required for the cancellation of all group sessions. If you cancel within the 6 hours you will lose that session from your package. If you are doing the unlimited month of group sessions and you cancel within the 6 hours, an administration fee of $10 is due prior to your next class.
Program dates: April 9th to June 28th, 2019
Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday @ 3-4 pm or 4-5 pm OR Wednesday @ 6-7pm
Single Session Per Week (12 sessions): $193.00 + tax
Two Sessions Per Week (24 sessions): $337.00 + tax
Three Sessions Per Week (36 sessions): $421.00 + tax
Savings details: Each additional child registered per family residing at the same address ($10.00 off the single session package or $20.00 off the double/triple session package).
Cost includes a Get Cronk'd t-shirt.
Special Notes: Participants are locked in to their chosen day(s) of the week. Program runs regardless of weather.
A MINIMUM OF 4 PARTICIPANTS IS REQUIRED TO RUN THE SESSION!

Our group sessions are a mixture between interval training, circuit training, heavy lifting, barre, and TRX. They have a strong emphasis on resistance training, however we do mix in some cardio exercises to make sure your heart rate stays up throughout the session. Our sessions are an hour long and include a warm up and cool down. All of the classes can be modified for all ability levels and we encourage you to go at your own pace.
Pre-registration is required for each session so that we can keep the classes to 10 participants per class. This ensures we have the space, equipment, and time to do hands on correction as needed for all participants. You can pre-register using the online system provided. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 6 hours prior to the session start time through the studio. In the event of a late cancel or no show the session will be lost from your current package, or an administration fee of $10 will be due before you are able to participate in your next class (unlimited group training package or no package).
