CLASS OPTIONS are as follows:
- Regular Group Fitness (strength training and cardio exercises mixed together using a variety of modalities such as interval training, circuit training, heavy lifting, barre, TRX, Lebert Bars, Penalty Boxes, etc)
- S3 Hybrid (1/2 spin : 1/2 regular group fitness)
- Indoor Cycling (cardio focused class on the spin bike)
- First class free.
- Spaces limited in all classes.
- Pre-registration for classes is required (BOOK NOW button).
- All classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to start time to avoid late cancellation charges.
- All packages are non-refundable however may be transferred if necessary.
- Schedule subject to change, check Mindbody (BOOK NOW button) for current schedule.
REGULAR Group Fitness PRICING:
- Schedule your classes as desired to match your busy schedule.
- Drop In Session – $18.00 + tax
- 12 Class Pass – $160.00 + tax
UNLIMITED Group Fitness MEMBERSHIP:
- Unlimited Month Membership
- 1 Month Unlimited – $170.00 + tax
- 3 Month Unlimited – $160.00 + tax per month
- 6 Month Unlimited - $150.00 + tax per month

- Unlimited Month Membership – Add On
- InBody Scan - $5.00 + tax per scan (maximum 1 per month)
- Cardio Membership - $5.00 + tax (sessions must be 1 hour max and scheduled in advance during staffed hours)

- Maximum 1 class per day. Additional classes are extra (drop in or class pass).
- Additional administrative fee of $10 tax in applies to all late cancellations and no shows. Administrative fees will be invoiced through Square immediately following class.
- Assume months are 4 weeks in length (28 days).
- Payment information to be stored in Square and charged according to billing schedule. If alternate payment arrangements are preferred, please contact Rebecca at admin@getcronkd.ca. Late payments are subject to $5 tax in administrative fee.
- Membership can be placed on hold (3 months and 6 months membership options only). Payments will continue as scheduled however time will be added upon membership completion.
- Holds must be requested in writing prior to hold start date (see studio for applicable form).
- Holds must be a minimum of 1 week in length to a maximum of 3 weeks (3 month membership) or 6 weeks (6 month membership) in length. Weeks do not need to be consecutive.
- Packages are non-refundable however may be transferred if necessary.
