Sessions begin on Tuesday January 7th and finish Thursday February 27th 2020. Sessions would be offered Tuesday and Thursday from 10:45am to 11:45am. Options available:

If choosing 1 session per week option, please indicate which day(s) you will be attending. You will be locked into participating on those days only unless spaces remain available. Registration is required as the sessions will be capped at 8 parents per session to maintain quality.

Sessions will focus on building overall body strength using various training techniques and tools. Participants will have the option of using their own body weight, free weights, or their baby as the weight. All exercises can be modified or adjusted to suit the needs of all participants.

Fit4Life

Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday @ 4-5 pm OR Wednesday @ 6-7pm

Single Session Per Week (11 sessions): $205.00 taxes in

Two Sessions Per Week (22 sessions): $350.00 taxes in

Three Sessions Per Week (33 sessions): $475.00 taxes in

Savings details: Each additional child registered per family residing at the same address ($10.00 off the single session package or $20.00 off the double/triple session package).

Cost includes a Get Cronk'd t-shirt.

Youth Fitness

​"I was a bit apprehensive about signing up for my initial session of Fit4Life since I hadn't been very active for a number of years, but boy am I glad that I did! I felt comfortable from the very first time I walked into Get Cronk'd.

Rebecca and Becky were welcoming, friendly, fun, professional, and supportive. Each class flew by with a fresh, new routine, in a bright, cheerful, environment, with fun people.

Rebecca and Becky were very attentive throughout each class, giving us helpful feedback, and offering modifications to meet our individual goals and needs.

1 session per week $115.00 taxes in

If choosing 1 or 2 sessions per week option, please indicate which day(s) you will be attending . You will be locked into participating on those days only unless spaces remain available. 

The sessions will be low impact with a focus on building strength in movements done during activities of daily living. All of the exercises can be modified as necessary based on mobility/strength level. We will be working mostly with body weight unless participants require the extra challenge of adding weights to their exercises. Most classes will be a circuit format with a warm-up at the start and a stretch at the end. 

The sessions will be capped at 12 people per session to maintain quality therefore program registration is required. ​Participants must be 50+ years of age to register.
